    A Trip Down Memory Lane

Here is another long awaited update!  Deeanne Gist's Victorian Romance has been moved off the Table and into the Dress Journals. I added some more pictures to previous updates, and wrote the final installment.

I am nearly caught up!  I will start working on the Journal for my wedding, but since I plan on entering it for a contest, I need to make sure it is all up to snuff.

Enjoy this addition and keep an eye out for more.

    Cheers!

    Etsy, interesting

Amongst other things that I am sewing on this winter, I decided I could squeeze in a trousseau... or two.  Scott Philo and I were talking about Etsy yesterday, and I got the idea that I could put my trousseaus up on the site.  I have bought several things from it, and generall enjoy shopping there.  I will be interested to see if it generates any questions at the least, a trousseau or two will also be acceptable. *grin*

In case your life would not be complete without a Mid-Victorian hoop trousseau like Deeanne Gist's in Victorian Romance, or a Bustle-era trousseau like Sharon Thompson's, here is my Etsy site.

    Cheers and Happy Holidays!

    A Romantic Ball Gown

There is a Costume Ball at RomCon on July 9th.  Deeanne Gist will be there, and this is what she will be wearing.  This is a close-up showing the double piping at the bottom of the bodice, and the sleeve decorations.  I have updated her Page, A Victorian Romance, where you can check out what I've been working so hard on, and a little promotional video created just for an upcoming event with Deeanne Gist.

Just thought I'd mention finishing the Un-mentionables, and an Update

I just finished Sharon Thompson's set of un-mentionables. I have assembled a little diary about its construction with images. Should you be interested, read it here.

Also the rest of the pictures are here. Please, excuse all the crazy crap in the background. My workshop is also storage for the booth. :)

The rest of the dress is finished, too, and she looked amazing at Dickens on the Strand that year!
